Policies
Processing
We maintain most items in our inventory and will do our best to
ship within 24 business hours after receiving your order. We order
on a daily basis from the manufacturer, but due to high demand,
please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of out of stock items.
We will notify you of the anticipated shipping date at the time
your order is processed.
Sales Tax
All sales that are shipped to a State of Texas address will be
charged 6.75% state sales tax at time of check-out. Orders shipped
outside the State of Texas are not subject to sales tax.
Shipping
The majority of our products are shipped USPS Priority with Delivery
Confirmation. Once shipped you should receive your order within
4 business days. Depending on circumstances we may from time to
time select other carriers. Shipping and handling charges will
be added to your total at check-out. Shipping charges are based
on number of items purchased, their size, and weight. At
this time we are unable to fill or ship orders outside the United
States of America.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. You do not have to be a PayPal
member to utilize their payment service. All payments are in U.S.
Dollars only. No checks or COD orders will be accepted.
Privacy
All customer information including but not limited to name, e-mail
address, mailing address, credit card number, expiration date,
and billing address is solely for the purpose of billing the customer.
All accounts will remain secure at all times and will never by
any means be shared with a third party.
Damaged Products
We take great precautions to assure that all orders arrive at
their destination in their original condition. However, there
are times that merchandise may be damaged during shipping. If
you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of
receipt of product. You must receive a return authorization code
before returning any damaged product. We will be more than happy
to replace the damaged item upon our receipt of the original damaged
product purchased.
Defective Products
If any product is defective, and is an EyCatchers® product
manufactured by Next Innovations, LTD. please contact them
directly. All necessary information will be included with your
shipment. Any other products that may be purchased through this
website please contact us.
